I visited Trattoria Animo for lunch on Friday, June 16, 2023. I entered the store after disinfecting with alcohol at the entrance. The structure of the shop is compact with table seats. There was a pizza oven in the kitchen. The customer base was a wide range of men and women of all ages, but the majority were women. A light piano song was playing in the store. When we sat down at the table, we were served cold water and a menu. The friendly and polite customer service from the staff was also good. I ate diabolo. I also included a set A of salad and drink. Diavolo was 980 yen including tax, and set A was +200 yen, for a total of 1180 yen including tax. For my drink, I chose iced coffee. Iced coffee is bitter, aromatic, and has a good flavor. Salad was served first. The salad had lettuce, carrots, purple cabbage, etc. topped with a sweet sesame dressing. The crunchy texture of the vegetables is good. Diavolo's ingredients include spicy salami, mozzarella, and parmesan. The tomato sauce is fresh and sweet, and the dough is thin and fluffy. The cornicione was fragrant and chewy, giving off a nice wheat aroma. The salami is juicy and has a spicy taste. The cheese had a creamy texture and was chewy, but had a refreshing taste. The overall spiciness of the salami was effective and the taste was addictive. It was delicious.

It's been a while since I last visited, but I was doing some research and came across this restaurant, so I'm writing a review. On the way back from going to the hair salon, I smelled a delicious smell, so I went in and it was really delicious, which turned out to be a big hit.
