It was my first time to eat such delicious squid ink pasta❣️ The outside of the pasta is chewy, yet springy, and mixes well with the sauce. The base is actually tomatoes 🍅 (If you look at the sauce on the plate, it has a faint red color) However, the scent of garlic and butter, and of course the squid ink, are strong, so the tomato flavor does not come to the fore. The richness of the smooth squid ink is entwined with the noodles and is very delicious. Chili pepper also works! You can adjust the spiciness to your liking ✨ And when you squeeze lemon to change the taste, it's so refreshing and delicious that it feels like you're eating a different type of pasta. So many delicious flavors in one plate ✨ A shop where you can eat the world's most delicious squid ink pasta ❤ The atmosphere of the store and the lady working there are very kind and wonderful. Please note that you may not be able to enter unless you make a reservation.

2023.4/8 Ikasumi Pasta SET 1,320 (tax included). I've never met Kasumi Pasta that I thought was delicious, and although this restaurant had good reviews, I honestly didn't have high expectations...but to my surprise, it was super delicious! The pasta noodles themselves were delicious and well-balanced, and the amount felt quite large even though it was a normal portion. The interior of the shop is cute and comfortable.

I heard that the squid ink pasta was delicious at this restaurant. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I regret why I didn't make it bigger. The usual amount is 100g. It seems that a large serving is 160g. The woman also said that she could eat the large portion with ease. I like it spicy, so I made it 2 spicy. It had just the right amount of spiciness. It's delicious even without eggs! Next time I will definitely order a large serving. The staff at the store are also very nice, and I will be making this a regular store from now on. At the usual store!
