Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Yokoi KITTE Nagoyaten

I visited Yokoi's famous restaurant, the originator of Ankake Spaghetti🍝. It's located in the KITTE underground shopping mall at Nagoya Station, and it's normal to have a line during the day. Still, it's a dish you'll want to try at least once. First, I received miracan. It's so delicious!! ️It's touch-sensitive, so you can order right away. Miso cutlet and chicken wings are good for Nagoya food, but I also recommend spaghetti with sauce🍝❗️

Yokoi's longed-for ankake pasta! Originating in Nagoya, it's something you definitely want to try when you come to Nagoya. When I asked people in Nagoya later, they seemed to have mixed opinions, but I would recommend it. I ordered the milacan (vegetables and meat). Fried shrimp was also a set service, so I ordered it without hesitation. I tried a large serving of noodles, but later regretted that I should have used more red bean paste. If you want a lot of noodles, you can ask for it. And the taste is completely different from what I imagined, spicy and rich. It's a seasoning that becomes a habit. The noodles have a depth of flavor, probably because they are fried with lard. It looks like they also sell retort pouches. Let's go again when we go on a business trip to Nagoya.

I came in a little after noon, and there was no wait. Nagoya's specialty, spaghetti with ankake sauce, has an indescribably spicy deliciousness. The thick noodles covered the bean paste well and were delicious. The potato salad that comes with lunch is also great!
