Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Otokomae Pasta

Do you know Japanese pasta? Especially in Nagoya, it’s very famous named “Ankake pasta”. “Ankake” means unique sauce which was made at “Yokoi pasta” in Nagoya city. It became famous and it came to be called “Ankake pasta”. Now, so many restaurants in Nagoya city have it in their menu. If you want to enjoy it, I want to recommend this restaurant to try one. To be honest I didn’t like “Ankake”. But when I had it at here, I had to change my opinion. It was little bit spicy but great taste. I commute here one or two times every week at lunch time.

A cheerful greeting when you enter the restaurant, then you go buy a ticket for your food and give it to the waitress. Cold water is waiting for you at your table. Soon your food arrives and. Hot, fresh and tasty.
