This is a restaurant where the spaghetti with ankake sauce is very delicious. The spaghetti is topped with plenty of red bean sauce. The spicy, tangy, and rich sauce mixes well with the spaghetti, making it a delicious meal. I ordered a one-plate set, and the white rice was delicious and filling, so I was very satisfied. The staff at the restaurant were all cheerful and kind, and I enjoyed my meal. It's located along a wide street, and there's a large parking space behind the store, so it's convenient for those arriving by car.

I want to eat ankake pasta!! In response to my daughter's request, I visited Merikendo in Kasugai. The ankake sauce here was a little spicy, so my daughter found it a bit spicy. My middle son loves spicy food, so he ordered the ``spicy cabbage''. It was so delicious that she said, ``When I grow up and get my driver's license, I'll have to be able to drive there by myself❗'' (lol) I have chicken cheese. It has plenty of cheese and neutralizes the spiciness of the ankake sauce, so it's recommended for those who don't like spicy food. My youngest child, who is in 3rd grade, received a children's pasta set. You can choose between fried shrimp or nuggets, and choose from white sauce, meat sauce, or ankake sauce. This is a shop I have been visiting from time to time for over 30 years. There are many restaurants that sell spaghetti with ankake sauce, but my husband is a fan of this restaurant, and personally, this is his favorite seasoning. After all, the umami and spiciness of the tomato base, which makes you want to eat it every once in a while, is probably what makes it so many repeat customers. The menu is also ingenious and eye-catching. It's been a long time since I left Aichi Prefecture, but this taste is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else!
