I used it on my way home from a special exhibition at the Chiba City Museum of Art. The atmosphere is good and I would like to use it again As others have mentioned, this is an old-fashioned coffee shop where smoking is allowed.

Coffee was delicious♪ As mentioned in other reviews, it is one of the few resting places for smokers who do not have separate smoking areas! ❣️
