This restaurant is amazing! I used to be an English teacher at a nearby English conversation school and had the good luck to meet the owners of this restaurant. They are so kind and really have a passion for the food they make. They also speak English, so if you’re ever in Tsu and want to eat but are nervous about speaking Japanese, I recommend San Marco!

San Marco lunch comes with special spaghetti, salad, and bread or rice for 1,000 yen. A salad set costs 950 yen. 1.2 times more noodles for +100 yen For an additional 200 yen, you can make 1.5 times more noodles. This time I ordered San Marco lunch. The dark red bean paste mixes with the slightly hard noodles and is delicious. I absolutely love the spicy taste of pepper. It seems like sometimes it takes a while to be served when it's crowded.
