The large serving was delicious until the end. The owner only operates one operation, so let's wait for the right timing to order. It can also be used as a bar, so you can use it to chat while drinking highballs, lemon sours, beer, etc. There is also a TV. This time I had Korean-style oil soba. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten abura soba! This volume costs 600 yen, so it's cheap! Other noodle menus are also generally cheap. The soy sauce-flavored abura soba with garlic was the best. [Ramen BAR Yakisoba HIT] is a ramen restaurant located about 1 minute walk from the south exit of Sugamo Station on the JR Yamanote Line. The shop is famous for its handmade yakisoba, and in the past, celebrities have come here for filming. The restaurant only has 9 seats at the counter, and serves ramen, yakisoba, and tsukemen with a rich dried sardine soup stock and handmade noodles. This time I ordered the Japanese style soy sauce ramen and it was light and very delicious. The noodles are thin and made with homemade noodles. The soy sauce soup with dried sardines is delicious.
