Wow.. For us europeans that yakisoba was amazing!

It was perfectly fried yakisoba with three different textures: burnt noodles, non-burnt noodles, and stir-fried bean sprouts. This location is a competitive area for noodles, surrounded by popular restaurants that sell soupless tandan noodles, okonomiyaki, and ramen, but I think Kiichi's charred yakisoba is as good as the popular restaurants around it.

Delicious pickled Chinese cabbage, small sardine sashimi, you can't help but drink the dashi stock, stewed beef tendon and pork cartilage, charred fried noodles, topped with mayonnaise Awesome!!!
