If you are looking for some ramen restaurant different from others, I will recommend you to visit here. You may try "Hama- Champonn" here (taken by a photo below). This noodle is local cuisine of Suttsu (寿都), a town in Western Hokkaido faces Japanese sea. As such, this contains various sea food, squid, seaweeds, crab, and more. You will be able to feel as if you are eating Japanese sea itself. Not so expensive, less than 1200 JPN.

I came to the store after 1pm on a Sunday. There was already a line outside the store, so I waited outside for a while and was able to sit inside and wait. I ordered the Ankake Yakisoba (1000 yen) and it took about 40 minutes from the time I lined up until the meal was served. At the entrance of the store, there was a notice saying that due to a staff shortage, there would be a wait of about an hour on holidays, so I thought it was surprisingly early. It may not be suitable for people who want to eat in a hurry. It's been a while since I've eaten ankake yakisoba, and it had lots of toppings like Chinese cabbage, and the yakisoba with grilled marks was very delicious. Recommended for those who have time.

Ankake yakisoba is really delicious. It is recommended to start with the rich bean paste and noodles, and then add mustard and vinegar in the second half to change the taste! The portions are too much for one person to eat, so I recommend coming with someone.
