Was hungry after an appointment in Ginza and walked past this eatery where they had a poster of gyoza outside the eatery that caught my attention and decided to try it. Had gyoza, shoyu ramen and a small bottle of sake by myself - although the chefs in there may look unfriendly at first (maybe because I'm a foreigner who entered and I had to ask how can I order as none of them gave me menu) food was surprisingly delicious, the way the Chefs were cooking and prepping the food right in front of me where I had the view from the counter was simply captivating for me that I wanna order every dish he cooked up (omg! the way he cooked up a storm of fried rice, fried noodles, etc, he is presumably the head-chef who was cooking most of the orders in the eatery). Very affordable as compared to many other ramen places that I have visited and their gyoza are really gooood!! A very good quick fix within Ginza if you're in the area. Would wanna try their fried rice and fried noodles the next time I'm there. Oh yes, and there were plenty of locals going to this eatery as compared to other ramen places where it's "popular" among tourists/foreigners only. It can never go wrong with an eatery that is frequented by locals!
Delicious ramen and gyoza. It’s quite cramped inside but you feel close to the chef action which adds to its appeal and makes for a great show. Would love to come back one day.
