I had a super mega serving of pork yakisoba in a restaurant full of customers, and an old woman was managing it all by herself. It was amazing! You can also take it home. I was overwhelmed when it was served, but I managed to finish it all. It was delicious and the extra sauce and mayonnaise also helped. It was run by a nice lady, so let's go take it out! There aren't that many yakisoba specialty restaurants. As someone who loves yakisoba, Azuma Shoten's yakisoba is my favorite type of yakisoba. The thick noodles have a pleasant texture, the deep sauce and the generous amount of toppings make it truly delicious. They have a variety of yakisoba options, so I think I'll go there for a while. In addition, spicy sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and green seaweed are placed on the table, so you can enjoy different flavors.

I visited on a Sunday lunchtime, just after 11:00 a.m., and the restaurant was full, with about 4 people waiting outside. That's quite a popular point. I thought it was just the wife's one-on-one surgery, but there was a lady serving the meals. There are counter seats and table seats inside the store. Overall, the portions seemed to be large, so this time I ordered a small portion of mixed yakisoba. Add fried egg as topping. And beer too. By the way, the beer is self-serve. The small serving is the usual standard serving, so if you get carried away and ask for a mega serving, it will be a disaster. However, if you can't finish the portion, they seem to have a paid take-home pack available. The mix contains plenty of squid and pork, and is ample volume with a considerable amount of noodles. The taste of the sauce was a little sweet, but it was just right. I can see why it's popular. However, the more you eat, the more you get tired of it, so use table seasonings to change the taste. Bonito powder, green seaweed, mayonnaise, sauce, pepper, seasonings, and super spicy spices. You can enjoy various things. The sauce for the taste is dry, so this is also perfect for changing the taste. There are salt yakisoba and red and black yakisoba, but the basics are sauce yakisoba. It's amazing that just one yakisoba restaurant has people waiting in line. I was very satisfied with both the taste and the volume.
