More Comments at Google MapI thought this place was great. Cozy and intimate, the staff is friendly as well. Good stuff, just wish they didn’t make me order a drink.
I went to Akasaka's Kyoto-style yakisoba restaurant, the yakisoba specialty store Tenakasaka. During the day, we only serve yakisoba as a yakisoba specialty tempura, but at night we operate as Kyopetayaki/Teppan Izakaya Jin JIN. Since it's an izakaya, I'll just have a highball. There is no appetizer. ■Sauce yakisoba beef tendon + fried egg For yakisoba, you can choose salt or sauce, and thick or thin noodles. This time it's thin noodles with sauce. The ingredients are beef tendon and topped with a fried egg. A large amount of Kujo green onion with the meaty texture of stir-fried beef tendon! It's even more delicious when you eat it with a half-boiled fried egg. The sauce is sweet. You can also change the taste with table seasonings. The spicy sauce has a habanero-type spiciness. I prefer curry powder. It was a rich yakisoba that could be eaten as a meal or as a snack.
First visit to Kyoto Yakisoba. I myself am from Kyoto, and I had never heard of Kyoto Yakisoba, so I was curious about it. The owner of the restaurant is a okonomiyaki and yakisoba restaurant in the Oike area, and he was the one who coined the term "Kyoto yakisoba." Kyoto-like thin noodles are recommended, and you should eat thin noodles first. There is also an a la carte dish at night, all of which are delicious. I want you to eat yakisoba with both sauce and salt.
