Due to the influence of the coronavirus, it seems that we are only open for takeout. There is a shop near Fukaya Station, right next to the railroad tracks. The only items on the menu are ``Yakisoba'' in different sizes and ``Champon'' which contains battered and fried potatoes. Without hesitation, I order ``Champon''. Even though they are small, they are quite filling. When you loosen the noodles with lentils, a lot of potatoes will appear. I'm impressed. You won't get bored with the light sauce taste. It's a complete meal. Thank you for the meal.

In the past, they also had miso fries, which were super delicious, but now they have champon (a bland, nostalgic flavor), small, large, and special. I think it's delicious and is a B-class gourmet food in Fukaya City.

It's a delicious yakisoba that I've been eating since I was a child★ It may not be suitable for people who imagine yakisoba with a normal thick sauce, but it's really addictive, and I've been eating it quite often since I became an adult. ! I can only taste it here, so I hope it stays open for as long as I live (laughs). Reservations are required as they sell out quickly. I heard that miso potato disappeared for some reason, but I want it to be revived (><)
