More Comments at Google MapKishou-tei in Kichijoji. There is a shop on the way to Inokashira Park. This is a soul food restaurant in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. Ankake yakisoba that is refreshing and not sticky. The vinegar mustard on the table was a perfect match, so I recommend trying it all over. The inside of the store was also full of cleanliness, and it was a store that made me want to go to eat again. The noodles are quite long.
The ultra-thin curly noodles are baked after your order is placed, so the noodles themselves are very fragrant. The bean paste was thick enough to prevent the noodles from absorbing too much liquid, and the noodles remained fragrant and delicious until the last bite. The wonton soup seems to be made with chicken bones, kelp, and ginger, and I like the flavor of the vegetables as well.
The soba noodles are grilled after your order is placed, so they were fragrant and delicious. The bean paste was also good with plenty of ingredients. The mustard on the table was also good.
