Visited around 12:00 on a weekday. I've been wanting to go for several years. I was finally able to visit. Fortunately, there were no customers waiting so I went to the counter. I had a hard time choosing the Chinese soba set, but I wanted to enjoy the standard shumai, so I decided on the shumai set meal. I was shocked and wondered, “Was shumai really that delicious?” The Japanese pepper and shrimp were good, but the taste of the traditional meat shumai was extraordinary. It was my first time to eat such delicious shumai. The shop was also nice and retro from the Showa era. If you come to Nishi-Ogikubo, this is a store you should definitely visit!

It's a small shop, but it's lively, and you can relax and drink at the counter or just by yourself. A warm space created by friendly staff and regular customers. And it's reasonable! ! The shumai, of course, and the pepper tofu were delicious with a good amount of seasoning, and the Shichi-Go-San half-Chinese noodles were also excellent.

It's really the best! I love shumai and have been interested in it for a while. The appearance, form, taste, old-fashioned interior, and atmosphere were all very satisfying. The pictures of Perman and Doraemon on the glass make me smile. This is a store I would like to recommend.
