We have been working together since the store opened. The master, originally from Akasaka Hanten, has been independent for over 30 years. It was recently aired in Mizue Edogawa's episode of Machina Chuka de Let's Drink. Whatever you eat is delicious, but I recommend the sample soy sauce ramen without wakame. Delicious chashu noodles with soy sauce soup and thin Chinese noodles. This is China soba! And the rice dishes were fried rice with shredded pork and bean paste (lulo) and chicken porridge. Excellent sense of taste.

All dishes are very delicious, with seasonings that take advantage of the taste and texture of the ingredients. I personally recommend the shrimp chili. I was absorbed in eating the plump shrimp and sweet and spicy sauce.

I love tanmen. I drank up the soup with thin noodles 😅 Chili shrimp, garlic sprouts, fried squid, and rice are also delicious 😁 I think it's worth going because there is a parking lot.
