It is a domestically manufactured product, and the appearance, flavor, and texture are different from Taiwanese products, but winter melon is added to the ingredients, and I enjoyed it.

Are there many customers who come alone? There are many menus, but the specialty set you can choose is one of four items: Umeran Yakisoba + Chili Shrimp / Stewed Beef Ribs / Mapo Tofu / Subuta. I was interested in mapo tofu, so I ordered it with mapo tofu. I thought it would take a long time because it was a yakisoba with a preconceived notion on the surface, but it came out in about 10 minutes. First of all, it is plum orchid yakisoba, but it tastes as good or bad as you can imagine. It's delicious because it's well baked on both sides. The size was much smaller than I had imagined, but when I ate it, this size was enough. Mapo tofu, this betrayed my expectations. This mapo tofu has a seafood flavor. What should I say, XO sauce-like taste or oyster sauce-like taste? The taste of this seafood is very good. This is 1680 yen, but I felt it was a reasonable price.
