And I had my favorite highball, fried mustard. The umami of the chicken that spreads in my mouth and the spicy flavor that comes a little later. By pouring whiskey (highball) into my mouth where this flavor remains, I felt that the whiskey was more refreshing. Was it this feeling that my father loved me so much?
