It was delicious Champon. I used it while waiting to transfer between JR and Odakyu trains. If you go down one level from the ticket gate of Odawara Station and go through the passageway to Minaka, you will arrive at the food court where this restaurant is located. There seem to be different colors of Champon (and Sara Udon) such as white, red, and black, but I chose the standard white. Since it was my first time, I also had a set of ``chin egg rice'' that I had never seen before, but I was glad I didn't have this, as I was full and had a little bit of rice left over. (Recommended for those who want to eat a lot.) Champon was very delicious. A rich soup with lots of vegetables and non-vegetable ingredients. Raw eggs are also on the toppings menu, so you can make champon topped with raw eggs like the champon at the shop in front of Sasebo Station (I like this). The system is to order at the counter and pay in cash by inserting the money into the payment machine next to it, similar to a 7-Eleven. You will be given a doorbell, which is common in food courts, so wait for about 5-10 minutes, and when the bell rings, pick up your order at the pick-up counter in the back, which is out of sight from the order counter. Seasonings are also available here. Please bring your own water etc. from the food court. The plate return shelf is located next to the pick-up counter.

I wanted to eat something healthy at Minaka Odawara, so I tried this Champon, which is loaded with vegetables. It seems that this restaurant is produced by a chain called Jigemon Champon. It's a food code, so you order and pick it up when the bell rings. This time I ordered the normal Shiro Champon. Of course I'm happy that there are a lot of vegetables, but the soup is also very delicious. Although it was a pork bone soup in plain water, it was a very mild soup that could be called a potage soup. There was also Champon made with whitebait, typical of Odawara. There are also Beni Champon, Kuro Champon, Sara Udon, etc. I want to go again.

We had lunch at Jigemon Champon. ✨️( ^-' )✨️ It's inside the food stadium of Minaka Odawara store, so there are many stores. The delicious-looking store front catches my eye. Today I chose the White Champon set with whitebait on top!! ️ I thoroughly enjoyed Champon for the first time in a while (*^^*)
