Although there are many ramen shops, There aren't many yakisoba specialty restaurants. I had only ever eaten yakisoba at okonomiyaki restaurants, teppanyaki restaurants, or at home, but this was my first time eating yakisoba at a specialty restaurant. Apparently it's Hita Yakisoba from Oita. As it is a specialty store, the noodles are crispy and have a unique and interesting texture. Breaking up the raw egg topping gives it a different texture. It was a very fun yakisoba. The owner was also cheerful and friendly, so we had a fun meal. I came here for the first time today so I was very greedy. I ordered the gyoza set (medium) with raw egg topping and was very satisfied. There is a parking lot for two cars, but there is a side road in front of the store, so I was confused to enter. It was a feast. This time I am looking forward to it with my family!! ️
