Great Chinese restaurant, really good lunch set menu. Everything was delicious, service was very good.

[2024.2] My first visit was to try Bairan Yakisoba, which bears the name Bairan. I ordered Bailan Yakisoba with seafood for 1,620 yen. It has a very unique look and is visually very plain, but for some reason there's something about the visuals that stand out in a way that intrigues me. In conclusion, it's delicious! Normally, the crunchy fried yakisoba is topped with ankake, but in this menu, the ankake is completely covered with crunchy yakisoba. When you loosen the crispy noodles with your chopsticks, mix them with the ankake below, and stuff them into your mouth, you can enjoy the various textures and the flavor is concentrated, making it a very satisfying dish. The fact that they have come up with unique dishes that overturn conventional wisdom since their founding in 1987, and have become so popular, is a true pioneer of modern Instagram-worthy cuisine.

Whenever I go to Chinatown, I always try Meilan's Meilan Yakisoba. Yakisoba is a favorite of the whole family. A taste that you will never miss and want to eat again and again. I ate sticky rice shumai for the first time today, and it was delicious!
