I found this store on the way to work and entered it. The store's appearance, which has a Showa era feel, is just what I was looking for. I’m excited 😆 The restaurant is small, with a counter and two seats, and is run by an elderly couple. They seem to be doing delivery as well, so when I visited, I was busy ordering in-store and having food delivered🤣 I went to the small raised area, ordered some wonton noodles, and watched the couple's antics as I waited for the wonton noodles, which probably wouldn't come out any time soon🍜 Wonton noodles finally appeared 20 minutes after ordering. The shape of the soy sauce ramen is very nostalgic. Animal-based soup that does not contain seafood and light soy sauce. The flavor is just right, just the way I like it. Char siu flavored with half-boiled straight noodles. Wonton filled with toppings, menma, naruto green beans, and lots of other toppings. I thought it was cool to eat the piping hot food all at once, but I couldn't resist and finished the soup. Although the couple was busy, they had a relaxing and heartwarming time in private. I hope that the owner and his wife will continue to run the store for a long time. This is a store that I would definitely go back to even if I had to take a long detour.

I knew of its existence after it was recommended to me, but I never had the chance to go, so today was my first visit. I arrived at the same time as the store opened at 11:00, but the noren was not open, so I waited for a while in front of the store and then I heard a noise coming from inside, so I decided to open the door and it was open as usual. At first I thought it would be ramen, but I was hungry so I chose char siu noodles. Delicious... The noodles, soup, green onions, and chashu come together perfectly. I feel like I was able to show what ramen should be. Other customers ordered fried rice and stir-fried vegetables, which also looked very delicious... I would like to try each dish in the future. Of course, I'm sure I'll visit again, and I'd like to go about once a week.

When I was searching for a nearby ramen shop on Google Maps, I found Hisaka, which has a high number of points. I visited with two friends. A shop tucked away in a residential area. We both ordered ramen and gyoza. The menu I looked at beforehand said ``ramen'' and ``Chinese noodles,'' and when I asked what the difference was, I was told that Chinese noodles had bean paste. The gyoza arrived first. The handmade chewy dumplings are just the right size, not too big or small, and are packed with meat and delicious. Personally, I like Chijire noodles for ramen, but the medium-thick straight noodles could have been a little firmer (but it's ``Chuka Soba'', so it might be something like that). The flavor of the soup, which I didn't notice at first bite, filled my mouth with every bite, and it was rare for me to finish the entire soup. Also, I read on someone's blog that the char siu was roasted, so I had no expectations at all, but even though it was thickly sliced, it was juicy and had a lot of flavor, and it didn't have the limp feeling that tends to come with thickly sliced stewed char siu. It was delicious. My friend who went with me said, ``I want to take it home with Tumami.'' Also, I received sweets (souvenirs?) when ordering 🥰 There was Okamochi, but I wonder if they will also do delivery? It's a little far away, but I'd like to visit again if I have a chance.
