A long-established Chinese restaurant in Kamifukuoka. It is a cute shop with a table for 3 people, a table for 4 people, and a tatami room. It is run by a friendly old couple. The name of the store seems to have been taken from her husband's name. Coffee will be served as a service, so drink coffee and wait until the food comes out. There are set meals and set menus, so you can enjoy it at a great price. The tanmen has just the right amount of salt and the soup stock is delicious. It's different from the trendy bulky ramen, and it's a taste that you can eat every day. The fried rice is filled with grilled pork cut to the size of the tip of your pinky finger, and the flavor of the meat seeps into the Cantonese-style fried rice. After the husband and wife cook together and serve the food, watching them laughing while watching TV makes me feel like I'm back in the countryside. He is quite old and his legs look tough, so if you are a fan of town Chinese food, why not visit early? The area with jumps, magazines, and Yangjan is a high point as a town Chinese.

Ramen + free coffee is 480 yen. Many of the noodles in town Chinese are well-cooked and soft noodles, but this one had just the right hardness. Many of the soups have a thin and vague taste, but this one had a solid taste. What caught my attention was the slightly larger chashu for the price. Nowadays, soft char siu is popular, but this place is a little hard, and it gets stuck in your teeth and you need a toothpick. However, I think that this hardness is something that responds to chewing. I thought that not only char siu that melts in your mouth, but also meaty char siu that you have to chew firmly.

This shop is run by a friendly elderly couple. Ordered ramen, gyoza, and fried rice. All of the dishes were impressive in their depth of flavor and gentleness compared to the chain restaurants in the area. This is a store that I hope will stay open forever. It was a store that I would like to go to again.
