I heard that miso ramen was delicious before, so I expected it. I was worried about various menus, but since it is summer, I chose tsukemen. (Miso flavor), accompanied by miso ramen and fried rice. I also ordered dumplings. The tsukemen didn't have a strong miso taste, but it was well-balanced and delicious with the soup, which I thought was a vegetable extract. The ingredients included shredded pork, onions and cloud ear mushrooms. Miso ramen contained minced meat instead of corn. The gyoza is a gravy type, but it was delicious with the aftertaste of chives chasing. Water is self-service, but they may also kindly put a pitcher. It seems to be a shop that uses Akita Komachi and domestic pork from Akita and is particular about the ingredients. I wanted to ask for rice this time. I think that it is a service only in summer, but there is self-made shaved ice. It seems that you can eat up to 3 cups per person. This is a great service, especially for families with children. Mitarai was divided into men and women, and the washroom was a shared space. Also, if I can go, I would like to go there.

When I lived in western Japan, I occasionally saw and heard about Horudamadon, but since I came here, I haven't seen it at all. I've been away from hormones for a while since I had bad teeth, but ever since I found out they have this menu, I can't go anymore. This is a visit I dreamed of having hor-tama-don 🤣 However, the star is still ramen 🍜 As recommended by the restaurant, this salt ramen is quite delicious😋! I mean, this salt ramen... is so satisfying to eat 🙀 Although it is light, it is full of depth and strength. It's quite rare for me to order salt ramen, and I don't eat salt ramen unless I have a lot of research to do. Why? Because it's a big shock when it comes off.
