Gyoza dumplings are soooo garlic. Noodle is a little wide and flat like linguine which is common in this area. They have counter, chairs, toilet but the atmosphere is pretty much Chinese local street food, even let you feel like you're in Taiwan.

If it was in my neighborhood, I would go to Machi Chinese every day. Gyoza has quite a bit of garlic, so people either like it or hate it. Nirareba has a refreshing taste and is delicious. Fried rice has simple ingredients but is delicious! The char siu used in the fried rice is a subtle curry flavor. And although he is a supporting character, Zasai is the best. The souvenir is yakisoba. It was a feast.

I visited you for the first time in a while. The Chinese restaurant near Kumagaya Station has a better selection of items, but I still end up coming to Eiraku. The store's counter-only interior, which resembles a popular bar, is appealing, but part of the fun is watching the staff who specialize in gyoza grilling as they skillfully prepare the gyoza. After gyoza as an appetizer, it is standard to finish the meal with gomoku wonton.
