Out of the many yakitori restaurants, I visited Hibikian in front of Higashimatsuyama Station for the first time, looking forward to the miso sauce yakitori, a specialty of Higashimatsuyama. The store is clean and has private rooms so you can eat without worrying about your surroundings. There is also a button to call the clerk at the table seat, but the clerk is very attentive and will always check on you! Miso sauce yakitori is basically pork and kashira is recommended. We also have yakitori, so don't worry! The miso sauce is a versatile miso sauce with a spicy garlic and ginger scent. It is a dish that can be a B-class gourmet of Higashimatsuyama. Kashira skewers, a specialty of Higashimatsuyama, are delicious. There are also other dishes such as yakitori with pork belly. The yakisoba noodles were chewy and delicious with a slightly spicy sauce taste. In addition to using carefully selected ingredients from Saitama Prefecture, we also have private rooms, so you can safely enjoy meals and banquets with your group. This is a store I definitely want to visit again. Hakushu is on the alcohol menu and is recommended for whiskey lovers 😆
