It's been a while since I visited a daughter near my residence. It is said to be Saitama's soul food, and Nana Musume in Ageo is said to be a very popular and busy restaurant, but I have never seen a line at this restaurant. Personally, I'm not just looking for the bean paste rice, the bean paste ramen, and the gyoza that look like they're missing, so I'm not looking for regular Chinese-style items, but this is a restaurant that also serves Chinese food. Like the store's appearance, the atmosphere inside the store is quiet and the master is quiet and calm, like the master at Manman-tei in Omiya, unlike other stores who are good at appealing. I'm at work, so I ordered stamina for the bean paste ramen and gyoza. Dumplings of girlish quality that will make you want to take them seriously. However, the flavor of the gyoza was more delicious than that of the busy shop owner. It goes without saying that ramen is Saitama's soul food that is typical of girls, and it's cheap and delicious ramen that will fill you up at a low price. Since it's my neighbor, I'd like to treat it favorably.

When I go to Musume (Same as Musume and Manman-tei), I always order two or more dishes, so I seriously worry about the combination. There must be many similar people lol Today I had jajangmen and fried rice⤴︎︎︎ I'm hesitant because I can't make both at the same time because I use a wok, but there are no other customers and if it's an old man's one-off operation, I can't make them at the same time anyway, lol. A combination that I would often not be able to order at the old Manman-tei (Nichome store) (Yakisoba and fried rice were also often refused). In this case, Star Curry was appropriate, and when I saw people being rejected, I treated them like amateurs in my heart, haha. As I was remembering things from the past, I found out that Jarjamen came with Manmantei's astragalus 😊 Things like plates and spoons are very common, but they make me feel warm. The one with fried rice was my daughter and sister! I ate jajangmyeon at a place recently and it was something completely different. I'm not complaining about the taste at all, it just wasn't the jjajangmyeon I was looking for. What I wanted to eat was this type of jajangmen. It's frustrating that I can't explain it well. But this is what it is after all lol The thick noodles were probably already boiled, so they were soft, but I guess this pattern also exists.
