A yakisoba restaurant in Hita that I've been curious about for a long time. I was finally able to go with my friend. Even though it contained bean sprouts, it wasn't watery or greasy, and it was really delicious. The bite-sized gyoza was served with yuzu pepper.

It's delicious, especially if you like hard noodles. Also, the red ginger on the table is really delicious. It's a great store with courteous customer service. Thank you for the meal.

Yakisoba you can't make at home! A simple soy sauce-based yakisoba with crispy noodles. The menu is only yakisoba and gyoza. The turnover of the shop was also fast, and I was offered immediately. I'm happy to be able to eat this flavor in Nagoya!
