This restaurant is popular for its braised braised pork belly. There are quite a variety of types, mainly Kakuni ramen and Kakuni bowl, but also Dandan noodles with soup and Dandan noodles without soup. The name is playful, but the taste is top-notch! Although the prices are aggressive, this is a Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy high quality and delicious food.

I saw it on TV and visited with my family. The dandan noodles were very rich and had a deep taste that you could tell they were particular about. Each of the other menu items had a strong taste, but they were not overpowering and were very delicious. The owner and his wife were so kind and nice. Next time, I would definitely like to order the menu using the seasonal ingredients on the blackboard.
