The char siu was moist and surprisingly delicious, and it was delicious with medium-thin homemade noodles in a slightly thick soy sauce soup. Good old Showa town Chinese food. All the people in the store are refreshing and pleasant. As soon as I entered the store, I ordered the loin garlic set meal (¥1,000) with a large serving of rice (+¥100). Plenty of coarse garlic dust on thinly stretched pork. This sauce is delicious. Two slices of pork. Enough volume. It's a pity that there are very few shredded cabbage. It is correct to make a large serving of rice. Considering the balance with the side dishes, the normal portion is not enough. Miso soup and pickles (cucumber and melon) are really good. All in all it was a very satisfying dish. I will come again. There were 3 parking spaces behind the store.

Second visit. We had an early lunch just after 11am. This time I ordered ramen and half curry. The ramen is simple Chinese noodles, but the flavor of the soy sauce is good and it's quite delicious. Moreover, it tastes better without pepper. A really cool town Chinese restaurant. Even though I went to Ichigen, I felt strangely nostalgic, and now I'm at the Tamaran store. I ordered the shop's original roasted garlic rice and gyoza. Loin garlic rice is a set meal that is made with pork roast made with ginger, slightly thicker, and drizzled with garlic and soy sauce. But this is delicious. It's a nice seasoning that doesn't have too much garlic but isn't too smelly. The gyoza was also delicious and had plenty of juicy meat that went well with beer. There is space for about three cars in the parking lot behind the store.
