It was a great Chinese restaurant with elegant and not boring flavors! The ramen soup tasted like it had been properly made with dashi stock. The noodles are also chewy and delicious. There are probably many ramen restaurants that serve more elaborate ramen, but I thought this was the best simple ramen at a Chinese restaurant. The Shrimp Salt Tenjindon also has vegetables, mushrooms, and shrimp on top of a fluffy egg that reminds you of omelet rice, so you won't get tired of eating it. Attracted by the phrase "One Coin," I ended up ordering some fried rice to take home, but when I got home even though I was full, I found it light and moist, and the ham topping had a nice flavor, and it was rich in flavor.
