A familiar taste since childhood! I used to go out to eat with my parents. My mother ate it with just pepper without sauce, and I didn't know how good it was at the time, but when I became an adult, I ate it as it was at first, and then I started to eat it with stronger pepper halfway through. It tastes so strange and I don't know what makes it so addicting! ! Ichinomiya town's soul food for those in the know👍

There was a parking lot. I was seated at a table. There were no signboards, so I asked a local to tell me about it. The menu only showed the size, and the water was self-serve. I ordered the super jumbo. On weekdays, it seems like you can top it with a fried egg. I think it's salt fried noodles. The only ingredient is cabbage. The amount is huge. On the way, there was some pepper and sauce. It was very delicious.

The downside is that the shutters are closed and the frosted glass makes it difficult to tell whether the restaurant is open or not. It has some flavor, but it's weak, so you have to adjust it yourself with the sauce on the table. On weekdays only, you can add a fried egg for an additional 50 yen.
