This is a restaurant run by the owner, who is originally from Osaka but respects Tosa's Ryoma Sakamoto, and respects the ingredients of Bizen. We recommend the Bizen ingredients course for 2,500 yen. The number of items is also delicious, and since it is a little bit, it does not feel painful and full. I think it's good to have a composition that you won't get tired of, such as flathead carpaccio-style sashimi and seafood rice bowl with Japanese mackerel. The original dressing and sauce were also delicious.

The friendly owner serves mainly local fish. It's a store you'll want to visit again and again.

Even though I came here as a fly-in and said, ``I'm from Nagoya, so I'm going to check out some of the recommended local cuisine♪'', they offered a generous selection of dishes in a reasonable manner, and even introduced me to some rare local gourmet food. I was very satisfied with the service spirit they provided＼(^o^)／ It was 19,000 yen for 3 people who drank a lot of Japanese sake (2 cups x 8 cups), so I felt it was a very reasonable restaurant 😊
