Gifu, Japan｜Furaibo Shingifu

A valuable store with a moon inside. Good atmosphere where you can feel free to go. I guess I go to this kind of store many times a month. The owner seems to be particular about Japanese sake, and they have a lot of rare sake. When you think of Furaibo, you think of chicken wings, but they also have a wide variety of menu items other than chicken wings, including grilled fish and sashimi, which are of a very high standard. The staff members are also unique and make you feel very comfortable. Traditional izakaya restaurants are rapidly declining, so I hope they continue to do their best.

I used it for dinner for entertainment. Chicken wings, grilled Tarzan, cutlet, ginkgo, grilled amberjack, Meiho ham. It seems like this restaurant is popular for its fried foods, but personally, the amberjack kamayaki was really delicious. Gifu's famous Meiho ham was also delicious. It seemed like a very popular restaurant, so I made a reservation, which was a good idea. Thank you for the meal.

Although it is currently closed, I liked the taste of that restaurant the most. Currently, there are 5 stores in Gifu Prefecture. Among them, the Shin Gifu store is my favorite seasoning. The taste varies depending on the store. However, there is no doubt that I prefer Furaibo to Yamachan from all over the world. They have a good selection of sashimi and a la carte dishes, and the beer is Black Label, so there's nothing to say about it.
