It's a nostalgic atmosphere, and it's our favorite shop. I buy burdock salad bread every time. It's healthy, but it contains a lot of crispy burdock, so you'll feel full, so I recommend it. For small children, it will be sold from noon, but I think maple bread is easy to eat. I love my son too. It is a bakery that you will never get tired of eating. I want it to last a long time.

It's an old bakery. There are so many types of bread, and all of them are gentle and nostalgic breads and are very delicious. I always buy castella bread and sausage bread when I go.

I used it for breakfast on the morning of April 12, 2023 while traveling. There were always customers coming in, and I could tell that it was loved by the locals. So, I got the impression that there were a lot of prepared breads that could be used for everyday meals or snacks, rather than fancy breads. That said, the sandwiches made with French bread were incredibly delicious, and my husband and I, who like hard breads, were very satisfied. A donut with sesame seeds? It was also delicious. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come back again and again and try all the types! I thought it was a bakery. The person who helped me was an elderly woman (the owner's mother?), and I became a fan! She had kind words of compassion for us who were unsure of what to do at the bakery for the first time. I respect not only his kind and gentle demeanor, but also his meticulous workmanship, such as tapping the calculator repeatedly for confirmation. I felt relieved and like I had come back home. We hope that the next generation will continue to maintain this atmosphere and continue to be loved by the local community. Take care. If I ever come to Joetsu City again, I will definitely come back!
