The place was about 5 minutes from Tamachi Station. From Mita Station, it takes 1-2 minutes depending on the exit. A stand-up soba restaurant. All delicious. I especially like the mini kakiage bowl set and the mini curry nanban bowl set. When it's hot, use "Mori" and when it's cold, use "Kake". The soba itself is a little hard. The soup is quite thick and has a strong salty taste. But I kind of like it. For some reason, many of the food shops around Tamachi Station have staff members who don't have a good attitude, but that's not the case here. You can eat comfortably. (It's quite important) It seems like they also sell Japanese sake, so it can also be used as a standing bar. I would like to use it as a standing bar someday.

It's a so-called soba restaurant where you can drink. It's very crowded during the day and everyone is drinking in the evening. There are plenty of snacks, so it's a nice way to snack on one dish while waiting for your soba noodles. Hegi soba is addictive. I added photos of conger eel tempura and braised salmon.

It's closer to a stand-up sake stand than a stand-up soba. It's cheap, it's fast, it's delicious, and for some reason the customer service is good. Everyone's favorite set, 1100 yen with unrefined sake and sea bass kelp marinated potato mackerel salad is attractive. Other fish-based appetizers are available for around 500 yen. Niigata local sake is also available. The outside ticket is for soba only, and the sake snacks are usually ordered. My father is from Tokamachi, so I grew up eating only Tsumari soba since I was a child. But it's a good store.
