I've come to this restaurant about 6 times now. Everytime I've come the food has tasted absolutely incredible. The risotto is creamy and soft. You can taste all the spices and ingredients going into the food. If you like pasta he has なま pasta which is freshly made and you get to choose how it's made. The pizza is thin with an emphasis on the sauce and crust and cheese. It's a one of a kind Italian food join in Japan. No matter what you order from the menu you will get a meal you will love. The owner is also a very kind man and is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the restaurant. So please if your Japanese or a traveler in Hakuraku please visit and try this food! I swear by it. **Update 2023/02/23** First off, this place has some of the best Italian food I've ever had and I am from Italian heritage. Second, I said I did not like Shira shi or when I couldn't eat much fish he was able to change the menu and accommodate my taste. Third!, If you make reservations for dinner in advance for a special occasion then you will get the absolute best quality of ingredients all cooked to perfection! I personally love this restaurant and recommend it to anyone who wants good Italian food/Japanese food. He has a big menu and my personal favorite is the Japanese deli lunch! He does not speak English, but you should get by just fine with Google translate. It's a close walk from Hakuraku station and he does do parties. The Customer service is 10/10 the food is 10/10 the alcohol (Mostly the wine) is 10/10. I've been a customer for more than 2 years and I haven't been disappointed ever. The owner is very nice and works so hard that sometimes I worry when he is so busy! Please keep in mind that he is doing everything solo and just be patient and enjoy the dining experience. I made a reservation for 13:00 on a weekday and visited with 3 people. I told them that I wanted to snack on various things while drinking alcohol, and ordered the course recommended by the owner. From the appetizer soup to the salad with original dressing, the various deli items, pizza and pasta, and the sweets and coffee after the meal, everything was amazing and really delicious!! ︎ I was especially impressed by the thinly baked pizza with lots of toppings. This time I chose two types of half & half, but I wanted to try them all...! A girls' night out will be more exciting if there is something delicious to eat! Thank you for the wonderful time!! ︎
