More Comments at Google MapA shop full of old-fashioned Showa atmosphere. The automatic door with poor sensitivity shows its age. I'm also curious about the menu that comes from the place name Koigakubo. This time it's chilled cutlet soba! Soba and cutlet, a combination I've never heard of. This fits perfectly! Of particular note is the cutlet's batter. I served it with soba soup, and I was surprised to find that even after I finished eating, the batter was still crispy even though it had soaked up the soup! Definitely fried food from a Japanese restaurant! There's a texture here that you don't find in Western restaurants. There is also a tatami room, decorated with a gold leaf folding screen, and when I asked the owner about the details of the folding screen, he apologetically replied that he had found it around there. From this interaction, I could see the shopkeeper's gentle personality. Really soft-spoken! I thought there were shops around small stations where you could taste some good food.
They kindly accepted my phone orders for side dishes and oden, and I took them out. It comes in a leak-proof container and a handbag, and it's delicious and cheap. My family was also happy,
I really like it because it feels like an old-fashioned soba restaurant. I have eaten Sarashina soba in various places for a long time, but the taste of the soba restaurant in this town is very calming. After all, soba noodles are for ordinary people.
