Traditional japanese dish found here. I ordered tuna rice bowl topped with natto (fermented beans) and egg york. If you like natto, so this one gonna be your fav. There are not so many variety of food, staffs are nice and helpful. Since the restaurant is on the second floor, you can enjoy people walking on the street with chilled weather.

Delicious lunch, especially the bowl of rice is kind of the top one throughout my 10-day trip in Japan. 😄

Delicious hearty and healthy Japanese food, very reasonable price. It’s an oasis in the middle of the bustling area in Shimokitazawa special during the weekends. The non-smoking area is right at the entrance of the restaurant and the smoking area is well divided so you don’t feel the smell of cigarettes unless you use the toilet that’s located near the smoking area. I’m quiet picky about cigarette smell but in this restaurant I feel OK as the kitchen smell is stronger :) Every time I ended-up ordering the same dish: grilled salmon with rice, tofu, miso soup and pickled vegetables. I just LOVE IT! the way they grilled is something I can’t do at home plus the ingredients looks super fresh. Lunch time we have free coffee and tea. Homemade desserts are also delicious!
