My girlfriend and I stayed in Monzennakacho for a week and this became our favorite place during our stay, we visited 3x! The restaurant is open 24h and is self serve, there's a variety of grilled fish, karaage, and side dishes you can choose from, and you can select the size of rice and miso soup. Everything is very delicious, you'll see mostly locals inside and the staff are super friendly. The picture below was around 2,500JPY. It's the perfect place for an early breakfast or late night snack when you're jetlagged.
