I went there just before the last order for weekday lunch, so there were only 1 or 2 people in the restaurant. A large acrylic board was set up on the table, but since the bottom is open, you can hear voices and see the menu together, so it's just right. Lunch is around 1000-1500 yen. For rice, you could choose between white rice and five-grain rice. At an izakaya that specializes in fermented foods, the menu is confusing. I'm also curious about the evening menu. I had a set meal of mackerel and fried chicken. The mackerel was fatty and pickled in lees, so it had a lot of flavor. Both the fried chicken and miso soup were delicious! It seems that the Tsure Nikujaga and Chicken Nanban were also delicious. I'm also interested in other menu items, so I'll visit again if I have a chance!
Fermented fried chicken is rare, so I went in and tried it. It was Japanese-style fried chicken with a deep flavor of koji. Japanese-style fried chicken is also good.
