From every dish, you can tell the chef is very detail oriented and prepared his food with heart. The warm hospitality syncs with the food. The seasonal sashimi plate gets you the curated selection of fish. The mixed homemade pickle offers a good taste rhythm from light to spicy. The Wagyu beef in 3 ways will surprise you. They have a selection of grill dried fish that fish lover can’t miss. The clay pot rice is a must tried. The 40mins cooking time is well worth the wait. Overall, understated inside, fantastic inside.

Cooking is highly complete. Only dishes that go well with alcohol. First, an aperitif is served. A mixture of two kinds of fruits and vegetables. The food of the day is ・Okra namul ・Yonezawa pork warm shabu-shabu salad ・Tuna grilled with salt ・Homemade mince cutlet with aurora sauce ・Dried fish ordered from a famous store in Atami ・Clay pot rice I ordered a la carte, but all were delicious. I'm a big eater, but I'm full and very satisfied. There is a good selection of Japanese sake, and the sake lineup changes every time you visit. Even famous brands are reasonably priced (about 500 yen per cup). The owner is very knowledgeable about sake and can serve it according to your taste, so there is no loss of sake. And the lemon sour made with sake base has a pleasant taste. The atmosphere of the shop is like a hideaway, with relaxing Tsugaru shamisen music playing. It was a quick three hours.

I found this restaurant when I was looking for a restaurant in the Gotanda area with a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy leisurely conversations. It is located about 3 minutes walk from Gotanda Station. In addition to this shop, we found it in a complex that also has several snack and restaurant restaurants. The building has a Showa atmosphere, so it's a relief in a good way. It's sad that buildings like this are disappearing. I made a reservation and visited at 7pm. There are counter seats near the entrance, and some tatami mats in the back. The atmosphere is Japanese-style and calm. We also have a wide selection of Japanese sake and shochu, which you can choose from depending on your preference. What we received is as follows. ・Salted kinpira with Jako and lotus root (appetizer) ・Tomato and navel orange (apéritif) ・Tuna sashimi (from the left: large fatty tuna, red tuna, medium fatty tuna) ・Fried oysters, homemade tartar sauce ・Dried mackerel with salt ・Dried squid ・Wagyu black tongue steak ・Wagyu beef and Japanese pepper rice, egg yolk ・Warm pork belly salad ・Homemade almond tofu We had a wide variety of meat, sashimi, fries, and dried fish. When serving the food, they explain it to us in detail, and it's clear that they are passionate about it and that they really put a lot of effort into it. Japanese sake is also progressing. It's a great evening after work. Here are three that were especially delicious! 1. Tuna sashimi (from the left: large fatty tuna, red tuna, medium fatty tuna) Enjoy three different parts of specially selected tuna brought directly from the fishing port. Of course you can eat it with soy sauce, but it's especially delicious with olive oil and salt! The olive oil, which is fruitier than regular olive oil due to the later harvest, was especially delicious. 2. Dried mackerel Dried fish from a dried fish shop that has been waiting for two years to be ordered. Baked just before serving, fluffy and fluffy. It's packed with the flavor of juicy fish. There's no way it's not delicious! I find myself craving white rice all the time. I had no bones or skin left. 3. Homemade almond tofu I had it as the end of a meal. Having tasted homemade almond tofu all over the country, I can confidently recommend it. I want to eat more! Thank you for the meal~
