I live in Sano City. I often make ramen at home. Looking for delicious noodles As it is a direct sale from the noodle factory. I found Nakazawa Seimen. All the noodles I bought were delicious. I ended up buying a lot the next week (lol) Hakata-style ultra-thin noodles are the same as those substitute balls you get at the store! Great wheat flavor! The thin, thin noodles with low water content are also great! Supermarkets don't sell noodles with low water content. And low-hydration pasta fresca It was my first time feeling that It was a pasta where you could fully enjoy the taste of wheat! I plan to continue going there.

This is my new favorite noodle shop. I always buy the Ekisoba set, but I like the thick yakisoba noodles the best. We have a rich lineup, so you won't get bored even if you come every time.
