Speaking of Hamamatsu, it is gyoza! I went to 4 or 5 stores, but there are so many different tastes that it's hard to choose one. This is a little-known spot that's not too crowded! Of course, you can eat the gyoza easily and heartily, and the taste is very well-balanced! More yakisoba! Simple and delicious! The sauce is somehow exquisite. Grilled skirt steak (chicken, pork, beef) is also available (I think chicken is recommended), and it's highly recommended for those who don't want just gyoza. If you're a man, you can afford 15 yen per person for gyoza. Fried noodles. I recommend it!

I was in Hamamatsu for business and searched and came to the store. Chinese chives for gyoza? It was strong and delicious as it was, and it was also delicious with sauce and thick chili oil. The yakisoba had a thick sauce, thin noodles, and the bonito flakes were delicious. If you come to Hamamatsu again, I definitely want to come. If the return is not tomorrow night, it is cheap and I want to take it home.

As of October 15, 2023, "Closed for the time being" I vaguely wanted to eat yakisoba, so I looked it up in my neighborhood and found some hits, so I went there and ordered yakisoba, 3 types of skirt steak, and gyoza. The yakisoba noodles are straight noodles that go down smoothly and are delicious with plenty of toppings. This is the first time I've ever eaten yakisoba that went so smoothly. The 3 kinds of skirt steak has different seasonings of meat on top of the cabbage, so it's delicious even when eaten alone, but the cabbage at the bottom does a great job. When you mix meat and cabbage, the spicy and peppery taste of the meat intertwines with the sweetness of the cabbage, enhancing the goodness of each. The gyoza was seasoned with a bit of a garlic punch, and the thin skin was so soft and delicious that the filling seemed to spread out naturally when you put it in your mouth. Overall, everything was delicious, so delicious that I couldn't believe it was a gyoza specialty restaurant. I was also very grateful and happy for the shop owner's casual attentiveness and consideration.
