I used it for lunch on weekdays. I ordered fried levanilla separately from the gyoza ramen set. Gyoza: A so-called meat gyoza that is different from Hamamatsu gyoza. The skin is squishy, or rather soft. Personally, I prefer it when it's crisply baked. Ramen: Light but flavorful soy sauce ramen. Somehow, it had a nostalgic, comforting taste. You can choose the flavor of your ramen from soy sauce, salt, or chicken soba. Stir-fried levanilla: This turned out better than I expected! The pre-feeling of the lever is incredible. No dryness at all. It was a hit. I thought it was a restaurant that only sold ramen gyoza, but they also have other items like fried chicken and levanilla, and they're reasonably priced, so I'd definitely come back here again. It's a little different from the Taiwanese restaurants you often see at Alishan. I think the clerk was probably from China, but there was no problem with customer service.
Today, I had a fried levanilla set meal and gyoza🥟😋
