Local soul food. The fried noodles are kinda sweet sauce, the noodles are skin and crispy. The ramen is old style and soft noodles. Can't say good taste, but it is unique. Portions are huge, be ready

I visited the restaurant on Saturday when it opened at 11:00. Both dine-in and take-out orders were a huge success. I had Shumai (3 pieces) and Ankake Yakisoba. I appreciate that you can order just one shumai. The amount of ankake yakisoba was large, so I had to change the flavor as I ate it. The vinegar on the table and the mustard on the shumai both made a nice difference. It was delicious.
