My wife listened to my wish that I wanted to eat pufferfish properly for a long time, and since it was my birthday, my family and I went to Torafugu-tei Monzen-Nakacho to enjoy pufferfish. Dishes arrived in quick succession, starting with tessa, sashimi, fried chicken, and soft roe tempura. The tessaya-butsu sashimi, which is eaten with fin sake, is exceptionally delicious. In addition, the deep-fried pufferfish has an elegant taste, and the soft roe tempura is creamy and delicious. At the end, I threw my still twitching body into the pot, and after enjoying all the vegetables, the rice porridge was exceptional, and I couldn't help but eat too much. It's been over 10 years since I haven't eaten all the pufferfish, so I'm satisfied with the pufferfish I haven't had in a long time.
