A wonderful experience at all levels. A great place to try Fugu. Quality fish and service. Main cook speaks a little English. We have been there for lunch. They had 2 choices: Fugu course or a Sashimi plate. Fish was very fresh. For 2 Fugu courses and 1 Sashimi, we paid about 10k yen, so very good on value (compare with 20k+ per person at other restaurants).

I visited on a weekend when I wanted to have a relaxing lunch alone. I ordered the limited chirashi sushi. The seafood selected by the discerning chef included tuna, salmon roe, shrimp, mantis shrimp, conger eel, and tobako...all of them were sparkling. I asked for less rice, so I ended up having some seafood as snacks and a glass of wine for lunch! Eating and drinking in a luxurious space...it was a great use of time.
