I've never really tasted the flavor of pufferfish itself, but what's amazing about Momofuku's puffer fish is that you can really taste the flavor. In particular, I'm always surprised to see the fillets on the platter still twitching. Paper pots are also nice and tasteful. I heard that Mr. Momofuku's puffer fish is farmed under strict control.It is generally said that wild fish is better than farmed fish, but when it comes to puffer fish, the feed is controlled through farmed farming. It's less poisonous and the meat is delicious. You'll understand this as soon as you try it. I feel the price is quite reasonable considering the content. I would like to go again (^-^)
I had a full course of puffer fish for the first time in a while. The freshly prepared tetsuya nabe and fried chicken were good, but the grilled milt was just too good.
For the last ten years or so, Momofuku has been visiting with his family from time to time. You can eat fugu at a reasonable price and the taste is the best, so you can't enter without a reservation. It's been 2 years since it's the first time I've been in the corona sickness, but it's still full and it's a private room, so the corona countermeasures were perfect. A family of three eats full and drinks a little alcohol, and it's a little over 20,000. Tecchiri's pufferfish was moving, fresh, and there was a lot of it. I want to come back to eat again this year.
